About

Join Pamela every month for a 2 hour restful Restorative Yin Yoga class. Release tension and stress in your body, mind and nervous system. Around 10-12 poses are held anywhere from 4-8 minutes at a time with props to support your body, targeting deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. Designed to help relax your nervous system and calm your mind while increasing flexibility in your body in a safe, supportive way.

A slower, more meditative practice giving you space to rest and turn inward. Yin yoga helps stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. You will leave class feeling relaxed and a lot more balanced between body and mind.

*Beginner friendly. All levels & body types welcome. Yoga mats & props are provided for free.
