REGISTRATION: It is highly recommended to register in advance for my yoga classes from Sept - May. Most classes fill up, space is limited. You can register online with the links provided below, in person or by phoning the community centre.

DROP-IN: You can drop-in to my yoga classes if they are not full with registered participants. See below which classes are open for drop-in. Pay in person at the front desk of the community centre. Bring the receipt to me at class.
