Health, Hygiene & Etiquette Reminders for Public Classes

  • If you are sick please do not come to class to prevent spreading illness. Prioritize rest.

  • Avoid wearing strong perfume or cologne due to allergies for a lot people.

  • Shower (or freshen up) and wear deodorant before class to minimize the smell of sweat & body odor in class.

  • Wear fresh, clean clothing to every class to minimize the smell of sweat & body odor on your clothes & in the class.

  • Spray and wipe down the studio yoga mat you used after class is done.

  • If you are late for class, please enter quietly or wait until we start moving.

  • If you need to leave early, do so before relaxation to avoid disrupting participants rest time.

  • Spots in class are first come first serve. Please respect others space.

    (If you have any safety concerns please let me know and I can set up a spot for you before you arrive to class.)

  • Please let me know before class if you have any ongoing injuries, medical concerns or disabilities.

  • Always listen to your body and energy levels. Modify poses or rest if needed anytime during class.
